(1) We may disclose to third parties aggregated, anonymous statistics about many Users, and individual information that is not Personal Data without restriction as long as no individual is identifiable by the information disclosed.  We do not share Personal Data we learn about you from your use of the Site and Services with others, except as described in this Privacy Policy without your consent or except as follows:

(b) We may share your Personal Data to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights or, defend against legal claims, and if in our judgment in such circumstances disclosure is required or appropriate.
(c) We may share your Personal Data if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our various terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

You have the right to opt out to any of our Services and communications. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. All email newsletters will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of receiving future issues of the newsletter. All promotional offers will include an opportunity to opt out of receiving future promotions from the brand whose product/service is being promoted. We will not share identifying contact data on our users who have opted out of a specific channel unless they engage and consent through other ABM opt-in email subscription or lead generation channels. Users that have opted out of a specific channel will be removed from the channel’s deployment list within 10 business days.
